We provide two different options to sell real estate - Auction and Listing! Each style has different benefits that we are proud to discuss with you. This can help you decide which option would be best for your situation plus provide you with maximum value. 

Traditional in person auction where bidding, preview, and pick up take place on the same day. Live auctions bring high energy and competition which result in top prices!

Online Auctions are run through an internet platform where each item is pictured and described. Each sale has a preview date allowing bidders to come take a look at all items in person. The bidding process is timed and will count down until the lot closes. Our online auctions have something called a soft close. This means that as bidders continue to place bids on a lot, it will remain open until all bidders are finished. A pick-up date and time will be set to allow winning bidders to come and pick-up the items they won. Even though this type of auction is online, it still adds the fun and competitive atmosphere without seeing the opposing bidders.
